I started my fitness journey with a small home setup — just a bench, adjustable dumbbells, Pull-ups bar, Cables, Bands and a barbell. Slowly, I learned how powerful consistency can be. What began as a simple workout routine soon turned into a passion for building strength, confidence, and a better version of myself.
